Who I Am

Hi, I’m Alicia Robinson—a business administration student, licensed Realtor®, nonprofit founder, and policy-driven community advocate committed to expanding access, opportunity, and stability for underserved communities. My work lives at the intersection of housing, economic empowerment, policy, and service, with a focus on building systems that are fair, sustainable, and people-centered.

Education & Legal Aspirations
I am currently a Business Administration student at Clark Atlanta University, concentrating in Management with a Pre-Law focus, and I am professionally bilingual in Spanish. I am an aspiring attorney with a strong interest in public interest law, policy, and civil rights advocacy. My long-term goal is to use legal and policy frameworks to protect communities, expand access, and drive systemic reform—particularly in areas where law, housing, and economic equity intersect.

EverFaith: Active Community Impact
I am the Founder and Executive Lead of EverFaith, a multipillar organization actively operating to address interconnected community challenges including affordable housing, job security, food access, policy reform, and community aid. EverFaith functions as both an advocacy platform and a program-driven organization, delivering education, resources, and partnerships designed to create real, measurable impact. Its work focuses on meeting immediate needs while building long-term pathways toward stability, equity, and opportunity. EverFaith is not a concept—it is the foundation through which I organize my service, leadership, and community-centered work.

Real Estate & Housing Advocacy
Professionally, I am a licensed Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Classic, where I focus on client education, housing access, and community-centered real estate solutions. I work with renters, buyers, and sellers—particularly students, first-time buyers, and families navigating financial or life transitions—ensuring they understand the process, their rights, and their options. I view real estate as more than transactions; it is a critical tool for stability, mobility, and generational opportunity.

Human Resources & Organizational Leadership
Alongside my real estate work, I have experience in human resources and nonprofit operations, giving me hands-on exposure to organizational management, compliance, and people-focused leadership. This background allows me to build and manage programs with structure, accountability, and sustainability while remaining deeply community-oriented.

Black Student Real Estate Group (BSRG)
I am also the Founder and President of the Black Student Real Estate Group (BSRG), an organization dedicated to introducing students—especially Black and first-generation students—to real estate, financial literacy, and early career pathways. BSRG operates through education, licensing support, and community engagement, helping students understand real estate beyond sales and transactions—into ownership, policy, development, and wealth-building. BSRG serves as the first active program under EverFaith’s Job Security initiative, functioning as a pipeline for career exposure, skill development, and long-term economic mobility.

Policy, Digital Equity & Public Interest Work
In addition to my work in real estate and nonprofit leadership, I am a Hope & Justice Digital Equity Policy Fellow, where I engage in policy analysis, civic engagement, and technology equity initiatives. This work continues to shape my approach to public interest leadership and reinforces my commitment to addressing systemic barriers through informed, community-centered policy solutions.

Leadership Philosophy & Values
At my core, I am a writer, strategist, and problem-solver. I value clear communication, thoughtful leadership, and solutions that consider the bigger picture. I approach challenges with intention, creativity, and empathy—always asking not just what works, but who it serves.

Why I Do This
Everything I build—whether in real estate, education, policy, or community programming—is grounded in one belief: access creates movement, and movement creates change. My work is about opening doors, equipping people with knowledge, and helping communities move forward—together.
